Does your company deliver
locally?
Yes, all large items are personally delivered to our customers. Upon
arrival we will assemble the item and instruct our customers, their
family and/or caregiver on proper usage of the item.
What are your hours of operation?
Our store and customer service department is open Monday-Thursday from
9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST and on Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST.
However, all order placed on our website may be made 24/7.
What forms of payment do you take?
For your convenience, we accept American Express, Discover, Master Card,
Visa, and E-Checks, business and personal checks as well as money
orders. Please note if paying by check, your order may be delayed 5-7
business days to allow for the funds to clear.
